Tyvek Wristbands

Leghorn offers a wide range of Tyvek wristbands in a variety of types, colors and patterns and customizes the wristband you choose to fit your event. We supply with all types of wristbands to suit event requirements, from Tyvek Wristbands, (synthetic paper wristbands) Plastic Wristbands, Vinyl Wristbands and custom imprinted Wristbands with your logo and text design.
The great advantage of Leghorn Tyvek wristbands is their tamper-proof nature. It is very difficult to tamper with Tyvek wristbands, lowering the chances of guests switching wristbands with others. They fit around the wrist and are permanently lock in place so they cannot be slipped on or off the wrist. Tyvek is also waterproof, ensuring that our bands can be worn in any weather.
Our Tyvek bands are the perfect method of identifying your paying customers. Tyvek Wristbands can be used in almost all applications where a visual means of identification is needed. Made of strong, waterproof, lightweight Tyvek®, wristbands comfortably adjust to any size and are easily applied to the wrist with an adhesive strip.
Leghorn Tyvek wristbands are available in many colors and can be supplied with barcode, too.

Plastic Wristbands are stretch resistant, which make them non-transferable. Leghorn Plastic Wristbands can be used as a crowd control, and in almost all applications where a visual mean of identification is needed for your establishment(s). We can personalize your wristbands by printing your logo or special text, which is also a great way to help market your company.

 

Vinyl Wristbands

Leghorn Vinyl Wristbands are great for crowd management and security as well as for any application where a visual mean of identification is needed. TYVEK WRISTBAND
 

TYVEK® is a non-textile fully recyclable material conceived and produced by DuPont, who, for 40 years, has been offering protection to personnel exposed to many types of hazardous substances.

TYVEK® products have been chosen by many people working in emergency services, manufacturing, labs, sterile rooms as well as in other sectors.

Tyvek is spun bonded olefin, a synthetic material made from very fine, high density polyethylene fibres offering all the best qualities of paper, film and fabric all in one material.

Tyvek has an exclusive balance of properties which cannot be found in any other material, making it lightweight, strong, non-stretch and waterproof.

Tyvek is highly resistant to tearing and scratching, it does not leave any pile and it does not contain any polluting substance, nor binders, nor silicon.

One of the reasons that Tyvek is so unique is that no fillers, binders or sizers are used in the bonding process.

Tyvek products maintain their integrity in almost all applications with a high durability. Thanks to a fully integrated process using very fine fibres made of 100% high-density polyethylene randomly distributed and non-directional, Tyvek offers an excellent protection from water-based chemical substances as well as from hazardous dusts. These fibres are first flash spun and then laid as a web on a moving bed before being bonded together using heat and pressure.

As a result, you will have a multi-layer material formed by at least ten layers, which is the highest number of protective layers among these materials. It also saves all of its properties even if external layers get damaged.
